Our Refund Policy

At Vardhan Ayurveda Hospital, we are committed to delivering dependable and ethical Ayurvedic care. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all patients.

1. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation charges are non refundable once the consultation has been completed.

2. Ayurvedic Treatment Packages

  • Panchakarma Chikitsa, Rasayana Chikitsa, Rasa Chikitsa, Meru Chikitsa and Marma Chikitsa involve pre planned schedules.
  • Refunds are not applicable once treatment sessions begin.
  • If a patient cancels before treatment starts, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
  • Missed or skipped sessions are non refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.

3. Medicines and Ayurvedic Products

  • Medicines once dispensed cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a valid quality issue.
  • Damaged or expired products received at the time of delivery will be replaced after verification.

4. Online Payment Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

5. In patient Services

  • Advance payments for admissions or treatment packages are non refundable if the patient opts for early discharge.
  • Refunds for unused services will be considered case by case with management approval.
